Of the several hats I wear, one that brings some of the greatest joy and satisfaction is as a World Vision volunteer. World Vision is a Christian humanitarian organization that partners with children, families, and their communities to help them reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice. I volunteer both as a World Vision Child Ambassador, connecting underprivileged children with sponsors, and as a contributor to the Child Ambassador blog, Greater Together.
Last fall, I enjoyed the great privilege of interviewing one of my writerly role models: World Vision reporter Kari Costanza. Kari travels the globe as one of World Vision’s most prolific storytellers. Friends, I can’t think of anyone who does it better.6 ways to sharpen your #storytelling skills for #justice’s sake @WorldVisionUSA Click To Tweet
Today as we celebrate our unity in the fight for justice, I invite you to follow me to the Greater Together blog to learn from Kari. Whether you are a writer, a reader, or simply someone whose heart beats for world-wide justice, you’ll appreciate what Kari has to say — especially her insights on becoming a better storyteller for justice’s sake. She is truly gifted at celebrating beauty in a very broken world.
Join me on the Greater Together blog for my interview with Kari Costanza.
